Yes it has Xenoblade Chronicles and the 3DS doesnt. Yes it will recieve more exclusive games that we are yet to find out about. However when it finally launches in North America and Europe it will have been close to if not 4 years since the 3DS launched. To put that into perspective the DS launched less than 4 years after the GBA. Thats right, the New 3DS will get some exclusives but the 3DS is still being supported in the most part. When the DS launched with less of a gap most games stopped coming to the GBA. Back then you were forced to upgrade for the new games in less than 4 years. Now they are giving you the option to upgrade 4 years on for some exclusives or you can contine with the 3DS and buy the many new games still coming to it.

And if you are going to come in here and say that it was a dick move back then and its a slightly less dick move now , tell me why 150 million people bought the DS??

Also this is imo the greatest peice of handheld gaming hardware to be released, just look at how nice it is.

One last thing. Every Nintendo handheld has been BC at launch (minus GB obviously) so if you dont want the New 3DS but you end up wanting its exclusive games Im sure they will work on Nintendo's next gen handheld when it launches in the nex few years.
