Maybe the Tier 2 countries will give it a decent boost in Europe, but nothing beyond that.. :S

Tier 2 countries already have the X1 through imports. Sometimes, buying the imported console is much cheaper than buying the officially released one because of taxes. Officially releasing the X1 in Tier 2 countries is more of a relaunch than an actual launch... :-/
