Oh, don't be fooled. PS4 is available in Germany for less than 399 euros, it even starts at 353 euros. Also there are several bundles available with very good prices.

I even got mine for 299,- (new, unopened, EU model) from a reasonably big ebay shop, which is why I decided to buy one now instead of waiting until 2015.
