August is looking like a good month, with steady increases of PS4s sold, as we head into the inevitable madness that will be September, when the Destiny bundle releases, and of course, the white PS4 releases. The gap is currently 5.1 million; although I would say (given we are still waiting for other adustments) that the gap is probably closer to 5.2 - 5.3 million at THIS very moment. Momentum seems to be building, and with potential shortages this Christmas, many people may opt to buy that Christmas present early and clearly the PS4 has the mindshare of your average Joe.
The PS5 Exists.
