I have never been able to purchase cards directly on the US store, so I guess it's more you being lucky so far then PS upping their security.

PayPal doesn't work either.

But everybody I know purchases codes from Amazon.com, they cost the same. Just fake an US billing address with your credit card and you're set to go...

I have been doing like this since amazon is selling giftcards again because they don't accept credit cards from other country that isn't USA, the same with PSN, there You cann't even fake a billing address, @SleepyPrince, You were Really Lucky.. till yesterday
