As a long time Halo player I have to disagree, the game felt really similar to Halo (not exactly the same, but similar) and if you played Halo you would say the same thing. |
I am very excited for the game, was on the edge of not getting it, but I decided to dedicate my September to it. I played Halo, but long time ago, and didn't really like it, mostly because I would get my ass kicked in multiplayer a lot
In Destiny, multiplayer feels exactly the same as in Halo, but somehow the campaign attracts me more than Halo's. Probably because of the open map and the mission system, because of customization, looting and RPG elements (which remind me of Borderlands, a game I really loved).
That's why I am drawn to Destiny a lot, more than to Halo, of which I played 3 and Reach, and both times quit halfway through the campaign...
