HAHAHA

Do you honestly get some kind of satisfaction out of knowing that a certain company is being under attack and its fans can't access certain features of their console? I mean this is seriously not healthy at all.

For me it does, because it reveals how self-entitled some people can be.

Look at the reactions in this thread. I know people are upset, but calling the attackers idiots (when they clearly aren't) and bashing people who think it's funny goes to show how much some people probably deserve it.

There are much more interesting things to discuss in this thread, such as why they attacked Sony, what is their ultimate goal, who is Lizard Crew, etc.

I have to disagree. Let's entertain the thought that some people deserve it. Do I deserve it? I never called them idiots and simply expressed my dissatisfaction with the situation. Whether they have a point or not is irrelevant. They are affecting me without me ever having done anything to them. We can all provide an explanation to our actions. But does that make it ok? What if I disagree with their actions and want to send a message? Would it be ok for me to mess with them? I don't think it would. And yes, not being able to play online for a few hours is not that big of a deal. But what gives them the right to affect my life?

There is a reason there are laws for these things. If people keep attacking others because they have their reasons, where does it stop? How would they feel if I could track them down and mess with their internet or something (I'm talking about something trivial)? How do you think they would react? Would they say "hm, it seems to me that you have a good reason to do this to me. Let's discuss why you did this and find a solution". I don't think they would.
