Uh, that doesn't matter.  Just because you have a 'reason' for breaking the law, doesn't justify it.

What about a case where the law is wrong? What if it is for anarchical reasons?

Did you like the movie Fight Club? Most people did.

One single person, or a tiny group of people don't get to choose which laws are right or wrong (unless you're an elected official, of course).  Most people, who aren't entitled, instant gratification babies actually put the work in to raise awareness among the consumer, devise new legislation or amendments to existing legislation etc..  Additionally, Sony is located in Japan, so unless you're actually from Japan, your opinion means fuck all.  It's their company.  If you don't like it, buy something else, or maybe come up with your own ideas and show Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo etc... how to properly do it.  This isn't fixing anything, all it does is make users angry at these idiots, Sony makes a welcome back plan, which increases PSN accounts even more (it's what happened with the original PSN hack...didn't 'cripple' Sony, it actually brought them more customers...Bravo Anonymous, Bravo).

Nor does it actually 'hurt' the people at Sony they're allegedly upset with.  What, you think their "hack" effects contracted salaries?  Bonuses?  lol.  No.  The only people this hurts is the consumer.
