Will the Madden Bundle push XBO ahead of PS4 in August

I think it's a topic worth discussing. Though I highly doubt First Light will move any consoles. 

Well, PS4 sells all the time. Increases after any game launch is imminent. I think more people will get a PS4 with Madden than an Xbox One + that game even when there is an exclusive bundle.
