"Struggling" implies that Sony is putting up a fight and losing. Not happening. They've yet to release any real software that would push significant units. They simply haven't begun there.

In Microsoft's case, they probably know it's pointless to even try. Thus, they'll have a quiet JP launch and nothing more.
