they have made them even easier now, they used to list the directions for you to follow and now they send you where you need to be and snap the directions to the right, it's pretty slick. I've done quite a few of them. I do have a problem at the moment, I assume it will only be a temporary one. Yeah I definitely like that how they automatically snap directions.
I'm not sure about that situation you're having though. If its not better in a few days you should tweet Xbox support.
