Yep. TSMC is holding everything back. While Nvidia and AMD have new architectures ready, TSMC is still fumbling with <28nm chips. It's been quite a boring year for PC enthusiasts.. no real progress with GPU's side, nor CPU for that matter.
Oh well, 2015 should be a lot better.
