And I agree with not wanting to debate over what's more unique, it would be a long process that would ultimately lead nowhere.

Yeah, technically it is. Funded and published by Nintendo. Its a Nintendo game, but was made by an independent (third party) developer. So I'll treat it as such :p

Go ahead, it's still a brand new Nintendo owned IP.
