Best game to have never had a sequel/remake/spinoff/spiritual successor?

MS owns the rights to all Rare series (except GoldenEye, obviously). They're sitting on a gold mine of great IPs, but they're just letting them collect dust. >:(

they did just come out with killer instinct.  and perfect dark had a new game and a remaster last gen, and they released banjo kazooie nuts and bolts last gen as well.  I think they are using the properties well, but maybe don't trust rare to make them anymore?  

Also, a lot of the classic rare ip's probably wouldn't have much of a market today.  They might make a good xbox live arcade game, but not a full retail release.
