Yeah, there's always the possibility of more characters missing or being added later. Ridley is one of the most requested ones. But would he have to be shrunk down in size in that case? I've only seen him in Super Metroid. But there I think he was around 3 times the size of Samus?
The dog does look very different. I like his new look though. Well it's more the bird's look that I like, in combination with him. But I would also like an alt costume for his original look since it's so classic.
I can just imagine him giggling on the screen after zapping the other players or birds with a zap gun as his Final Smash. Hehe

Ridley would have to be shrunk down, but he could easily be the biggest character, Bowser and DK are already about 2.5 times the height of Mario.
I just don't think they could make duck hunt work without making the character from scratch. He doesn't do anything in his game. He just laughs at you the whole time.
