If you own a PS4, PS4 is the best 2ndary console.

I highly disagree.

I am very satisified with my PS4, but I am in enough of a privileged position to buy a Wii U for side experiences that I would rather not miss.

My choice to go to Universal Studios once in a while doesn't mean that I am dissatisfied with Disney World. Similarly, game consoles are not a zero-sum game for individuals. They can simply be additive.
