I would expect 1 million in September easily. November and December are what really matter IMO. I can see 1 million each month if marketing goes well. They really need another Mountain Dew gamification/promotion of some sort to get people excited to win one, and increase awareness for some people to buy one.
I expect 8-9 million consoles to be sold by December 31.
Favorite Game Franchises-
Gran Turismo, Forza, Project Gotham Racing, Need for Speed, Burnout, TOCA Race Driver/Race Driver/Grid, Colin McRae Rally/Dirt, Halo, TimeSplitters, Splinter Cell, Gears of War, Borderlands, and Call of Duty.
Let's just say I love racing games followed by shooters and the Xbox One has filled this love.
