i can use my fingers to touch the touch screen while while using the joysticks. Are you not capable of touching other buttons on the controller while simultaneously using both sticks? and my hands are of decent size, and i never have an issue, and non of my friends have ever complained about it. you seem to be one of the few who does, and it makes such a big deal to you, you make a thread before you even own the console.
if you have problems hitting one or the other, maybe you should go buy something to help with your manual dexterity. there is more then enough room for both. and to say they compete against each other is one of the most insane things i have ever heard.
in a game like killzone your going to need the pause button more then the 4 tools it lets you use? or in tlou your going to pause the game more then you are going to look at supplies and put stuff together, or increase skills. i think bf4 is the only game i own where the options button is used more, and thats because BF4 does a shit terrible job at using it. Other games though have been very good at it.
yes warthunder and ff14 give you the option, but what it you dont have an extra mouse and keyboard, or a set up that would let you use them well with your tv? PLUS thats not even the point at hand because you can use those. as an extra option. you want to use your 360 controller. that doesnt have as many inputs as a M&KB. they let you use a M&KB because it has enough available extra input options that you wont be left with any not used. if you use your 360 controller, you are short those inputs.
or wait, this thread isnt about you wanting to use a 360 controller, its so you have a place to try and bash the ds4 and your failing misreably
