I have A 360 Pro, pretty sure it's a "Falcon" since it advertises Halo 3, and I got it like 2 weeks ago...
I use an intercooler EX (NOTICE THE EX, IT'S VERY IMPORTANT!!!) and I have had no problems.
Before I got an intercooler, I used it and it was pretty hot. Afterward, it was pretty cool. There have been times though, that I can tell that If I didn't have my Intercooler, it would have RROD'd. (it pretty kinda hot... It was when my A/C broke. It was still around 87 Degrees...)
But yeah, the Falcon is loud, and with the intercooler EX it's even louder, but, The TV should keep you from noticing, except in those silent, tense moments in a game.
