because companies depend on all the factors (infrastructure, education, health system, ..) a country has in place, they must contribute to the costs of these
and no, the money isn't sure to go the country/state it's ment to be through shareholders - rich guys often live (and are taxed, if they decide to pay taxes) where other rich guys live, so that state or country is sucking the others dry in income, if you have your way
