I agree with the quiet part, the on/off button is a running joke among me and my friends about how Sony added 50 bucks to the price of the PS3 to have that feature on it... It's a joke so no one come on and bash me for that.
I don't like the weight and I don't like the surface of the PS3 (dustmagnet and too easily scratched).
