Shoot to wound? You think the guy who just got smashed in the face by the dead guy, and shot him 4 times in the arm as he is coming at him, should take precautions not to hurt the criminal? The same guy with obviously no respect for the store clerk or a patrol cop who pulled him over got killed because of his actions. Just like the kid in Sanford FL. Sometimes your actions turn around and bite you, and sometimes you get away with them...
