1. He's too noob to make it up on his own, and if mafia coached him, it'd be much better executed then that. More planned, less crazy.
2. His story fits so well with a Ninja making the kill. I believe all the craziness is due to him thinking the flavor is a real part of his ability.
3. The poor thing doesn't even know why the things he said mean you're mafia. He's just saying what his PMs tell him, as best he can, without directly quoting them.
I like what noname said before. I don't think WoW would make all those mistakes. Doc and Bodyguard, too much power on town's side, beaststone on a laguz (laguz is probably RCTjunkie's fakeclaim)...etc.
