Finally, is the situation actually going to get any worse?  Vita is selling just above 10k a month in the biggest gaming market in the world.  Yet the localizations keeps coming.  Last Aksys announcements?  Arcana Heart 3 & Tokyo Twilight Ghosthunters.  Last NISA announcement?  Hotaru no Nikki and Criminal Girls.

So I'm not worried about losing the localization houses keeping the stuff coming beyond 2015.  As long as it's coming in Japan, it'll keep coming to the west.

Yes, the paradox is that the absence of strong AAA software competition, has opened the Vita western market to very unlikely niche localizations.

In a more favorable situation of software availability, I suspect that Aksys, NISA and XSeed wouldn't have even considered embarking in such adventures as Monster Monpiece, Conception II, Senran Kagura, etc... Unfortunately they are often digital only, very late and censored, but at least here theyare.

Sadly for me, the game I wanted most, Phantasy Star Online 2, is never coming, but this is another story entirely, because of the nature of the game itself.
