I understand the point about counter-claim but what good would it do really? From what we've seen so far there has been 2 vigilantes. I'm not going to discount the possibility that there could be another doctor. However lets say there is only one doctor and WhiteEagle is it and cone lied. If WhiteEagle provides a counter-claim at best it shows that cone most likely lied. It would definitely make WhiteEagle a target if he is town and telling the truth. Is it really worth sacrificing the doctor to show that maybe cone lied? I don't think so. What if they are both telling the truth and are both Town doctors like there have been two town vigilantes. What good does a counter-claim do then? It looks to me like it's sacrificing both doctors at the same time. So I am having a really hard time seeing what good fishing for a counterclaim would do, and ultimately looks scummy to me. Am I wrong?
