There is no information whatsoever to suggest that Rise of the Tomb Raider WILL in fact come out on the Playstation at all? If it does, it will most likely be 6-12 months later...by that time, most Playstation owning folk won't be that bothered about it.
But hey, it may be win win for SE in the long run as they may get a huge chunk from MS for the deal and get good sales on XBox and then get good sales on PS further down the line......but it may not go as planned.....the game could be rank.....and not sell well on XBox at all.....and alienate the bigger install-base with PS seeing as there will be much more PS3/PS4 owners than 360/XOne by then......very possibly to the tune of 10-20m of a difference.
I think it's a bad move for the consumer and a bad move for SE in the longterm.
