Those games have always seemed too niche for me (which should apply to me as I seem to be a fan of most niche titles). I've never played them, but I kind of missed out on the entire PS2/GC/Xbox era of gaming. I guess growing up with the NES, SNES, N64 and a few PS1 RPG (mainly Square, Nintendo and Enix titles) games really is my only reference to current RPG gaming.
