That's the parity clause that is for games required to be released on the Xbox One at the same time as any other console excluding PC with the same amount of in game content on disc. But people can even get around that parity clause what with Microsoft still allowing certain high selling games to make their way on the system regardless. There's really no graphics parity clause that we know of, but developers do want to stay in Microsoft's good graces. It does suck though that they're giving Microsoft special treatment when some developers had no problem pushing out shoddy ports on the PS3. |
Is helping a developer "special treatment" for MS? If Sony wanted the devs last gen to get the full potential of Cell then they should have helped them like MS is doing.
