And it would be justified

No it would be idiotic as always. Since no one seems to understand what the parity clause actually means.

It's true that most people don't understand what the actual parity clause is, but they're certainly justified in complaining about MS potentially holding back the experience of other platforms so as to avoid their product appearing inadequate.

We already know that MS have been actively pushing/helping developers to hit 1080p, which confirms its something they take seriously, and we also know that TW3 was previously closer to achieve its 1080p goal on the PS4 than on the X1. For both versions to suddenly release at parity would certainly be curious ^^

We know that MS released a new SKU that they actively wanted devs to use to get their game to 1080p because why not if the extra performance is available for a game that's almost there? What would that have to do with PS4 not getting to 1080p? Everyone knows how big and demanding The Witcher is so you should just wait and see what happens. Not even a few months ago people were prepared for 900p PS4 720p Xbox One. Now that they might both be 900p what's the problem? If they can't hit it then fine, no need to throw around blame just because it didn't get that "magic number". Either deal with it or get it on PC.
