I am a bit surprised that this thread has been reopened. The issue has been marred by ludicrous buzzwords and petty insults on both sides, and that is understandable given the sensitive nature of the story, however there is an important issue at the heart of the matter that shouldn't be ignored if found out to be true. So I am glad that the mods decided to bring it back, though I fear it will inevitably devolve into baseless personal attacks before long.
