Did I said anything about this deal in any way? Good or bad? Nope, you are the one calling this a stupid decision; I'm not saying it is a good or a bad one.

Now, in any case, between a forum dweller (no offense intended) and 2 big and successfull companies, even wtihout any knowledge of the deal details, I will go ahead and believe that Microsoft/SE know what they are doing and on the opposite, you just have no clue about it :)

But based on your reasoning, Sony should be doing a lot of stupid mistake in the coming month... Because I do not know if you looked at how bad they are on the financial side but this is due to a lot of poor shit they did in the past... Your judgement on SE decisions is a flawed as that...
