Driveclub is a sim-arcade racer due to its physics, though its closer to being a sim racer, atleast from the looks of it.
Sim-racers do not need to have real-life or real-life inspired tracks though, they just need to have realistic car physics. Even arcade racers can have real-life tracks if they want to, doesn't make them a sim. I mean, GT also has tons of tracks which are not real at all, but its still a sim racer.
