The console version isn't even a straight port, they redid all the character models for enemies and such to make the look far better.  And it still looked average at best.

I agree this isnt going to be on 3DS at all. Xbox exclusive wouldn't be suprising either, probably not the most expensive game to make and its a high profile IP.
