SE said they going to start focusing on worldwide releases, iirc. Of course, they have yet to actually implement that strategy, but if they stay true to their word, then we could see a WW release of FFXIII in mid to late '09. If they decide to release it territorially, then I could see it hitting Japan early '09, NA mid '09, and the EU late '09.
