Wait that is it? with both systems selling over a 160 million combined they only combined to sell 10 million copies. Ratio sounds around the same to me. 6.9 million sells 260,000 which is 4 percent of WiiU owners. 165,000,000 sells 10,000,000 which is 6 percent which is a difference of 2 percent not that big of a difference.
