I'm pretty sure its 30fps, and even at 30 you can see a big frame drop at one point in the video, so don't expect it to get bumped to 60.

yeah, you must be right, i dont expect most games on this generation to be 1080p/60fps,  more than likely we will get one or the other, and 1080P/30FPS for Bloodborne is probably the best decision, since it isnt a fast paced game like Bayonetta, Devil May Cry or a racing game it really wont get as much benefits from 60fps as the previous games would, and since the art direction is really important in this game for creating an envolving "atmosphere" then 1080p is the best choice.
