Assuming Xbox One is at >5.5 million shipped as of June 31, adding +1.5 million sales in 3 months is very reasonable. They have to ship to almost 30 more countries in one month. That is about 52,000 for each country, assuming each country gets an even slice, and those shipments will probably include units for the holidays as well. You also have Destiny to help sell consoles by then, so 7,000,000 shipped is very easy to do.
Just going to say this, 7-8 million shipped should be expexted by September 31.
