The XBox One reveal and E3 of 2013 wasn't just poorly managed, it was outright insulting. They were telling people not to buy their product (Don Mattrick to Geoff Keighly) and came across as incredibly rude, condescending and confrontational when asked (watch Angry Joe interview Major Nelson). The multiple 180s since (DRM, Kinect, TV focus) may have softened the blow for some, but I know there are those like me that will never forget that six month span of being derided by a company that held me in such contempt.
