Yes. a paywall that conicidently just went up right after they announced they were making an NPC for him.

The subscription cost dont freaking count are you nuts, thats the price for playing WoW, all of it, not a price for seeing Robbin Willians in game. And you might be a fan of the guy but arent you overestimating his capacity of making ppl want to buy and subscribe for a game via his existance as a not yet implemented NPC just a tiny bit ?
