Their TOS clearly states they can and will rorate games at any time for no stated reason. Anything their mouth piece spouts is just salesmenship trying to get people to buy into the BS. Frankly if people havn't learned by now and fall for it they deserve to lose their money. Just don't cry about it when you are getting fisted by the EA monkey on your back if you buy into this.

Have you ever read the TOS for anything sony? No probably not because youre super biased, they reserve ridiculous rights for themselves including termination of your account and everything you have tied to it on the sony website for absolutely no reason. Pretty cool, shows desperation to find anything against EA access. Probably wouldnt even know anything about TOS of EA Access if it werent for salty ps4 only players
