The people who don't know about it, apparently shouldn't be allowed to do any business because they're unable or unwilling to read. You're notified about the auto renewal when you purchase it.
Sure Sony couldgo the extra mile for customer satisfaction but it's not like they are obligated to do it.
MS wouldn't have to do it either but that's the reason why they have the higher customer satisfaction.
If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.
