sure. official numbers over vgc numbers if we get them.
if it will be to close eg: 1.9x:1 or 2.0x:1 it will be ruled as a tie, because vgc is not that accurate. especially for software
timeframe until end of 2014. worldwide sales. if the ps4 version will reach that ratio earlier u will win, too
