[POLL] Which established franchise will become the next XBox exclusive?

Fallout would be a good one but I doubt it because of the popularity of the franchise.
Dead Space and Resident Evil on the other hand are not doing well (last game) so the deal may actually not be that expensive and help both MS and the game studio/publisher.
