Is Rise of the Tomb Raider going to come to PS4 or is it just an Xbox one /PC exclusive.

No, the similarity, expressly stated, is to the Dead Rising deal. Currently, no one expects Dead Rising to end up on PS4.

You have it the wrong way around, there is no reason to assume the game is coming to PS4 - aside from people with no inside information but a heavy bias (eg. poster after you) hoping that it will. Could it? Sure. Is there any evidence whatsoever to indicate it will? No.

As lying PR. Not a word to be trusted, as MS keeps proving time and time again.

It is similar to Garden Warfare and will go to PS.

garden warfare was never marketet as an exclusive it always said "first on xbox"
