Fallout would take a boatload of cash to get though, probably significantly more than what Microsoft is willing to pay. Fallout sales easily eclipse Tomb Raider or Resident Evil sales, Bethesda makes hundreds of millions more off of Fallout than SE or Capcom get from Tomb Raider or Resident Evil.
