I'd say it's pretty unlikely they close/get bought by then. They have several titles like FF15 and KH3 which are essentially guaranteed to make a profit, even with a crazy budget.
Heck, FF14 alone could probably keep them afloat for the next few years :p FF11 was the most profitable FF title they ever made, with a playerbase peak of 550k. FF14 currently has 2m+.
