I think because people lived in the US are in the "North" they don't notice it as much. 


Actually, the northern regions are the most heavily effected. In fact, the interior of Russia appears to be hardest hit of all. I live in Newfoundland Canada and we had a few days over 40 degrees this summer. That's not record breaking, that's record shattering!

Here in Southern Ontario we just had one of the coldest winters in a long time and now this month is dubt Augtober. 17 degrees during the day, 10 at night. Last month felt more like September too. The climate is getting less stable / less predicatable. Last year airco was very much needed with kids, this year we hardly used it. At least no drought this year.
