That information is slightly wrong. The X1's runs at 853Mhz and peaks at 1.31tflop/s, not 800Mhz and 1.23tflop/s.

The PS4 does have several other advantages though, such as 8 ACE units (which is surprisingly high) vs the X1's 2.
