I won't be surprised if your unlimited sessions are limited to 2/3 sessions every 24hrs. Cause it would be stupid on their part if they impose no restrictions. if it was limited to 2-3 a day i think yoshida would have said so. ...you know, because sony aren't deceptive asses.
to me this sounds like pandora/netflix version of the "are you still there?" question. basically unlimited but every hour the host has to acknowledge they are still there to make game sharing possible,.. but too annoying to be practical. i mean, i sure as hell wouldn't sit at my ps4 clicking okay every hour so a friend could mouch my game. i'd tell him to go buy it himself unless i was actually using the feature as intended to "shareplay".
