Yeah. Its most definately only streaming based. At least for all we know so far. I am guessing its another security issue.

I figured, with game sizes what they are and all. I think the feature may be somewhat overblown if that is the case though... With latency and lesser video quality, the overall experience will probably take a hit. Still, it will be a nice way to try out a game with a friend or demo a title you're interested in. Will definitely be checking it out as soon as it drops either way.
